South Boston

South Boston, also known as Southie, is located South & East of the Fort Point Channel.  Historically one of the oldest neighborhoods in the United States, South Boston has in recent years attracted young professionals and families because of its quick access to downtown, public transportation and many popular bars and restaurants.  South Boston is located directly on the Red Line MBTA Train, with access to both Andrew and Broadway Stations where riders can be transported downtown in minutes. 

Also in recent years, South Boston has become the home to many new and trendy restaurants including Lincoln Tavern, Coppersmith, Fox & The Knife, Moonshine 152, Bar Volpe Loco, Capo Restaurant and many more!  It is also a quick and easy walk to both the South End/Sowa neighborhoods and also the Seaport District.
